Our wine industry history goes back from about 100 years ago, in which Casas family settled in the Catapalla-Lunahuana valley, and decided to establish their wineries, applying their knowledge in planting, cultivation and wine and pisco making. After many years of history, knowledge and mystique in the management of wine and pisco, Casas family has decided to share these fine drinks and offer them to the public.”

Also, we inform you that we have the advice of recognized specialists in production (to guarantee the quality of our products) and in the diffusion of “Pisco culture”.

Also, we highlight that the pisco that we are producing is of first quality, as we have our own vineyards and wineries, which allows us to ensure quality control throughout the process. In addition, we have the Denomination of Origin issued by INDECOPI (for its acronym in Spanish), which is the Peruvian National Institute for the Defense of Competition and Protection of Intellectual Property, which is recognized, reserved and authorized only for the Pisco makers who comply with the rules and regulations, and after having satisfactorily passed the field technical assessments (vineyards and wineries). This ensures the consumer (national and international) the authenticity of the Pisco, validated in addition, with the tasting of our products by tasters and specialists in spirits / distillates.

We also comment that, nowadays, we have been developing a series of contacts with recognized specialists in the field, such as Official Pisco Tasters, Pisco Ambassadors, Peruvian Circle of Tasters, among others, with the purpose of achieving the diffusion of our brand, as a high quality product.
